Information we use
We collect your email, display name, account identifier, authentication information, league membership, picks, reminder preferences and message-board posts. Reports and blocked-user preferences are stored to provide moderation controls. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and delivery records to operate and secure the service.
How it is used and shared
We use this information to sign you in, manage league access, calculate standings, display posts, moderate content and send account emails and optional pick reminders. League members see your display name, posts and standings; picks are revealed according to league deadlines. Commissioners manage membership and reports. Other members do not receive your email through the league interface.
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting, Vercel hosts the website, and Resend delivers email. Apple provides app distribution and TestFlight. These providers process information needed for their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Storage and choices
Login tokens are stored on your device to keep you signed in. You can sign out, disable optional reminders in account settings, delete your own board messages, block authors, or delete your account. We retain account and league data while your account exists. Account deletion removes your profile, picks, board posts, reports, blocks and application reminder records. Provider backups, security logs and previously delivered emails may remain subject to provider retention schedules.
Delete your account
Open Your account while signed in and choose Permanently delete my account. This removes your login and associated application data. For privacy requests or access problems, contact Mitchell Weiss.
